The Old ST App is available as a free download for existing subscribers. It allows users to purchase individual issues, including current and back issues, directly within the application.

Subscriptions can also be managed through the app. Subscriptions commence with the most recent regular issue at the point of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled more than 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before expiry at the current rate and for the same duration.
• Auto-renewal can be disabled via your Account Settings; however, active subscriptions cannot be canceled until their current term concludes.
• Payment is billed to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. Any unused portions of a free trial, if available, are forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
• For subscriptions offering a free trial, payment begins automatically after the trial period ends unless canceled beforehand. To avoid charges, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours prior to the trial's conclusion through your iTunes account settings.

Users may create or log into a Pocketmags account within the app. This feature safeguards purchased issues against device loss and enables access across multiple devices. Existing Pocketmags users can retrieve their past purchases by logging into their account.

It is recommended to first load the app when connected to Wi-Fi to ensure all issue data is downloaded properly. If the app stalls on the splash screen after installation or update, deleting and reinstalling from the App Store is advised.
